I am not sure if anyone has reported this before. When I bought your theme, there was an account already set up under the name dorisclarke. Please remove that account for all future themes, as the account regularly logs in to the site. Even thought my site was under maintenance. This is a serious issue, since the person can be uploading malware or even worse sabotage enginethemes. I have not found any anomaly yet, but its a serious concern. Please remove that account from your templates.

I would like to inform you that the Dorisclarke is just a dummy user in our sample data.
There is no real user for this account. You can remove this user if you notice any threatened actions. However, only site admins/mods could log in when your site is under maintenance.
The user role of this user does not allow it to login when your site is in maintenance mode. Please attach screenshot/screen-record related to this issue for us to assist you with a better understanding.
