[FrE] The freelancer seems to have the possiblity to purchase “Credits”? Why would a freelancer pay for something instead of being paid for services?

The credit system is attached in Escrow feature. (See here)
Recently, Paypal Adaptive (Escrow) is not available for new applications. With Stripe Escrow, it requires both freelancer and employer to have Stripe account before making any payment.
Your Freelancers can decide not to use this feature.
