Recently, Paypal Adaptive (Escrow) is not available for new applications.
- Paypal adaptive Escrow used to be available for small business. However, it is now a limited product.
Regarding your concern, I would like to assure you that FrE Credit offers the escrow functionality regardless of region.

Paypal is included in our Basic package so we might consider to remove it in the future if so many issues arise.
- You can combine almost every available payment gateways (2Checkout/Stripe/,..) with FrE Credit for Escrow functionality.
Also, the latest version of FrE Credit allows employers to buy Credit on the go without having to prepurchase first.
