Regarding your concern, please follow the below instruction.
Please go to EngineSettings > Withdrawal to check with the withdrawal request.
- Your freelancers will have to fill Bank account or Paypal account before they can submit the withdrawal request.
- Site admins must transfer each withdrawal request amount manually via Paypal or Bank account.
