I want to create newsletter for the freelancers who are not logged in last 14 days and send those users to newsletter with top 3 projects which match with their skills. Therefore every newsletter would be different and personalized based on the freelancer\’s skills. How can I do it? If it is not included in the theme can you recommend any plug in?
