Regarding your concern, we assure you that is not a bug.
- From July 16th billing changes was taking place. Google Maps are no longer free. Your Google map will not show up unless you pay Google for this service.

The reason why our demos don’t show up the map properly (development purpose) because we only make the demo site for you to review our themes, not for running business.
However, if you are running business on your site we suggest you should register payment method with Google
