[All] Could you tell me about your Support time?

Regards of your inquiry, please refer to our Terms of Service & Support Policy about Support time

  • Of course, we always want to provide our support to you as quickly as possible. However, we understand that, to achieve that goal, we also need to balance our work and life.
  • Normally, all the ticket will be replied after approximately 48 hours (2 business days) after we received it.
  • Our working days are generally Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Also, we are located in Vietnam (GMT+7) so please be aware of any time difference.
