Regards of your concern, we would like to inform that:
- You can let employer posts project for free by going to Dashboard > Engine settings > Settings > Payment > enable the Free to submit listing option.
- For the freelancer, simply navigate to Dashboard > Engine settings > Settings > disable the Pay to bid option.
