Our themes only supports pdf,doc,docx,png,jpg,gif,zip due to security purpose
In case your site user need to upload non-supported file type, s/he can compress the file to the zip file & attach as normal.
Otherwise, you can upload the file on cloud hosting & send the link.
If you’d insist, you can try this solution.
Copy and paste this in wp-config define(‘ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS’, true);
However, we will not guarantee your site security after this modification.
