Regarding your concern, I’m afraid that it’s not possible to earn commission without the Escrow functionality.
Recently, Paypal Adaptive (Escrow) is not available for new applications.
However, I would like to assure you that FrE Credit offers the escrow functionality regardless of region.

Paypal is included in our Basic package so we might consider to remove it in the future if so many issues arise.
- You can combine almost every available payment gateways (2Checkout/Stripe/,..) with FrE Credit for Escrow functionality.
Also, the latest version of FrE Credit allows employers to buy Credit on the go without having to prepurchase first.
I would like to inform you that there are commonly 3 ways to make money from your site.
- Commissions per successful transaction (with Paypal Adaptive Escrow / Stripe Escrow / FrE Credit Escrow)
- Pay to post / Pay to bid Payment plan
- Displaying Advertisement (Google Adsense via widgets)
